Bookings for this event are limited to members of the Scottish Oil Club. New membership must be established prior to making your booking. Existing members will renew their membership in July 2012 for the new season, as usual. See Membership for information about membership.
We hold a few tables for individual bookings.
Corporate Members are entitled to book one full table of ten (10) seats, or one-half a full table (5 seats). Half tables are noted in the published programme as hosted tables. Corporate members who chose to become Sponsors are eligible for early booking.
Individual members can book individual seats at the individual tables. Individual members are not eligible to book one-half or full tables.
All tables are 6-feet in diameter and can seat up to 11 if the host prefers. Tables for twelve, or larger diameter tables, are not now available but may be made available in very limited numbers (due to space restrictions) closer to the date of the event, if absolutely necessary.

The cost is UKP£120 + VAT per person for Members of The Scottish Oil Club and their Guests.
Pre-orders for beverages, special dietary requirements including vegetarian orders, and/or cheese platters should be directly to the EICC via email. Please complete the form Order Form for Wine and Spirits and Special Menu Requests (Microsoft Word DOC Format) and fax or post it to the EICC (their fax numbers shown on the form). It is not recommended you email the form to them as credit card info in email is not secure.
People with individual bookings can also pre-order for wine, other beverages, or vegetarian meals using the same form. Your individual order will be placed at your seat. You can also wait and order your beverages from your waiter when you sit down at your table.
Your order will be at your table prior to your start of the event. Should you wish to set up a tab on the night your host can do this by credit card, with a receipt issued at the end of the evening. Orders must be received at the EICC by 25th January 2013.
Finding Your Seat at the Dinner
If you are a Table Host or guest, you will hear of your table number from your Table Coordinator. People with individual bookings will hear from the Executive Secretary prior to the event. We also will have a poster with all names in alphabetic order and table numbers on display near the entrance to the EICC. Further, you can find your name in the event programme for your table assignment.
